Ten Easy Steps to Home Ownership

  2. Secure mortgage loan approval
  3. Alex will show you properties that match your requirements
  4. When you find the right property, Alex will write the contract to purchase the property.
  5. Once the offer is accepted, Alex will open escrow
  6. A home inspection should be conducted by buyer at buyer’s expense
  7. The lender will conduct an appraisal and finish all of the final paperwork for your loan
  8. Once you have received final loan approval, loan documents will be prepared and you will go to the title company with Alex to sign these documents and other paperwork
  9. The title company will record the transaction with the county placing you in title to the property.
  10. Alex will deliver the keys to your new home!
